Speechcraft, operated by James Kelsall, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your speech for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Request a refund directly, or contact Paddle support from the order page.
- You can also contact us via speechcrafthq.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Additional terms
Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our or Paddle's discretion, for example in cases of duplicate charges or technical failures. Payment processing, taxes and currency conversion are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, which applies in addition to this policy.
